This was the first restaurant concept I created. It was a cozy midwestern eatery serving up classic scratch comfort food with a fresh twist. Everything from restaurant design in the FOH and kitchen, branding, systems and process creation, advertising and marketing, website building, team training and onboarding. I owned and operated this restaurant from top to bottom for 12 years.
