Hello. My name is Mari Harries.
I’m Mari, a hospitality-rooted entrepreneur, creative consultant, and business coach who believes that bold dreams deserve solid systems, strong visuals, and genuine momentum. My journey began with a spark—a little restaurant dream called River City Eatery that turned into a beloved small-town hangout in Windom, Minnesota in 2011. I didn’t have a roadmap then—I figured it out with grit, grace, and caffeine. Today, I am the person I desperately needed back then: a guide, a strategist, and a creative partner who makes the impossible feel practical.
I've since taken that same passion for building magical experiences and applied it to everything from restaurant design and kitchen flow planning to onboarding systems and brand identity, to building hospitality businesses like gutting and reimagining four vintage campers to build “Old Soul Camp,” a boutique, boho getaway in rural Minnesota.
